Expectations and Outcomes
Students who complete this course will learn about the history & lessons learned from previous mass shootings, how to identify potential threats, and develop strategies and action plans, both on an individual and community level, to help prevent and react to an active shooter. Students will also participate in practical exercises on how to apply a tourniquet for immediate stabilization and treatment of injured.
