Description
This course will cover important self defense principles & techniques for concealed carry holders. This includes approximately 2 hours of classroom instruction and 2 hours of hands on practical instruction. There will be no live fire training in this course. This course will teach you hands on defensive tactics techniques in close quarters to enable you to access and retain your weapon, and unarmed handgun disarms and defenses.

Expectations and Outcomes
Students who complete this course will build on their skills in conflict avoidance & situational awareness, enhance their understanding of the legal issues surrounding the use of force, and gain confidence in their ability to get their weapon into the fight, and retain it in a deadly force encounter. Additionally, they will learn techniques for defending and disarming against handguns when unarmed or unable to access their weapon.
