Upon successful completion of the class, you will receive both digital and printed certificates verifying your firearm competency, which fulfill the training requirements for applying for a Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License (Florida CCW). This personalized instruction not only satisfies legal prerequisites but also promotes responsible firearm ownership and enhances personal safety through a customized learning experience.

Please note that you will need to visit a Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) regional office in person to complete the required fingerprinting for your application.

Once this step is completed, your application will be processed, and you should receive your Florida CCW by mail within approximately 30 to 45 days.

Requirements

This comprehensive Florida Concealed Carry class includes all necessary training for your Concealed Weapon or Firearm License. We provide a firearm, ammunition, and eye and ear protection for your use during the course. Please note that, depending on the training location, the use of personal firearms may not be permitted.

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services requires a separate application and licensing fee of $55, which is not included in the course fee. Additionally, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement mandates that fingerprinting be completed in person at an authorized location. The fingerprint processing fee is $42.
