Description
This course will cover the following topics:
- Carrying a handgun with an Ohio CHL permit vs. Permitless ("Constitutional") Carry
- Requirements for a Concealed Handgun License in Ohio
- Requirements to carry a firearm using Ohio's Permitless Carry rules
- Duties while carrying
- Locations you can and cannot legally carry
- Drugs and alcohol do not mix with firearms and the law.
- Interactions with law enforcement
- Reciprocity and traveling while armed
Expectations and Outcomes
This course will equip the student with the basics of Ohio Law so they can safely and lawfully carry a handgun.
